About two years ago I developed an interesting crackle in my neck. I was sitting in the car with my husband and we were looking for a store and not sure on what side it would be. My constant twists and turns from one side to the other resulted in a click that wouldn't go away. That "click" progressed into a sandy noise "similar to spilling sand" whenever I turned my neck. I FREAKED out!
Anyway, I wasn't sure what got into me but the first person that came to my mind was a Chiropractor. I had no idea what they were or what they did in particular bu I figured it would be a great place to start. With that said, I did some research and found the most ideal chiropractor was someone that practices "Gonstead." With this type of professional, there are no bells and whistles for you to experience..it's primarily simple hand techniques. No massage chair or heating machines of any kinds.
I started this journey as I said two years ago and I have become a believer. My neck issues have disappeared along with my neck tensions and horrific migraines. Who knew that my hand and feet cramps, headaches, cold numbing fingers were all signs my spine was sending to me because it was misaligned.
