"Function not available to this responsibility, change responsibility or contact your system administrator"

Symptoms:

On :  12.1.1 version, Supplier
Recently  upgraded to R12 and are unable to open the suppliers entry (AP_APXDMVD) form in R12. While Opening supplier form getting below error

ERROR:

"Function not available to this responsibility, change responsibility or contact your system administrator"

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:

Expect to open supplier form without error

STEPS:

1. Payables Manager > Supplier > Entry

Cause:

SSWA jsp function is not present.

Navigation:
System Administrator >Application >Function

Query Following Function
Function:AP_APXVDMVD
User Function Name:Suppliers

Properties Tab > 'SSWA jsp function' Not present in Type

Form Tab > Vendor Present in Form Tab

Web HTML Tab >No HTML Call

Solution:

System Administrator >Application >Function
Query Following Function

Function:AP_APXVDMVD
User Function Name:Suppliers

Apply Following Fix

1.Properties Tab > Enter 'SSWA jsp function' in Type

2.Form Tab > Remove Vendor from Form Tab

3.Web HTML Tab > Add Following String in HTML Call
